Accountant – At our Client Place

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to independently handle day-to-day accounting, GST, taxation, billing, payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, cash & bank books.
- Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, debit/credit notes.
- Handle GST, TDS and taxation related activities.
- Prepare GST returns and support statutory compliance.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and verify transactions.
- Maintain project-wise accounts and expense records.
- Assist with MIS, financial reports, audits and documentation.
- Coordinate with CA, banks, vendors and customers.

Requirements





- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of practical accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Tally/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in CA firms, construction, engineering, infrastructure, waste management or project-based businesses.

Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime and Excel
- Candidates from Kharghar/Navi Mumbai/Panvel and nearby areas preferred

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
