Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling receivables and payables, reconciliations, taxation, and ensuring timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and verify sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment transactions.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of all business transactions.
- Perform regular bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Manage vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment processing.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for timely collections.
- Prepare ageing reports for receivables and payables.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, GRNs, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Sales,



and other departments for account-related issues.

GST & Statutory Compliance

- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and related reconciliations.
- Ensure proper accounting of input and output GST.
- Support TDS calculation, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Maintain required records and documents for statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits and assessments.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare periodic MIS reports, expense statements, outstanding reports, and financial summaries.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities.
- Provide accurate financial data and reports to management.
- Analyze account discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Inventory & Cost Accounting

- Coordinate with Stores and Production teams for inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Assist in monitoring raw material, finished goods, and consumable stock values.
- Support costing and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
- Assist in monitoring production-related expenses and cost controls.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Maintain proper documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Provide required schedules, ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents to auditors.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
