Qualification: Bachelors / post graduate degree in HR
Experience - 2-3 years
- statutory Compliances
- ESI and PF payments, Challan creation and returns
- Knowledge in Shops and Establishment and Factories
- Contract labour License renewal
- Attendance and Payroll administration in EXCEL
- Experience in HRMS software
- MS office - Word , Excel . PPT knowledge
- Hindi speaking
G. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR Compliance MIS covering all locations / projects.
- Maintain compliance status trackers for:
- PF
- ESI
- PT
- LWF
- Labour Licence
- Contract Labour
- Statutory Returns
- Client Compliance
- Contractor Compliance
- Highlight overdue, pending and critical compliance issues to the HR Manager.
- Provide regular updates on compliance status and closure of observations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
