Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy Branch Head to lead our automotive dealership. You will be responsible for driving daily vehicle sales, overseeing service center operations, and ensuring your team consistently hits their daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Target Tracking: Set and rigorously follow up on daily targets for vehicle sales, test drives, and service appointments.
- Team Huddles: Run daily morning meetings to align sales and service staff on daily goals and end-of-day reviews to measure outcomes.
- Showroom Operations: Manage daily floor operations, inventory, and ensure compliance with automotive brand standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium experience for every walk-in customer and resolve any sales or service escalations promptly.
- Performance Management:



Track daily KPIs (footfall, conversions, revenue) and implement immediate actions to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of management experience in the automotive industry (dealership, showroom, or auto-retail management).
- Proven track record of driving daily sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
- Robust understanding of automotive sales cycles, CRM tools, and daily performance trackers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,179.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
