- Designation: Accounts & Finance Manager / Manager - Finance & Accounts
- Experience Required: 4 to 10+ years in corporate finance or accounting
- Qualifications: B. Com, M. Com, MBA in Finance, or CA/CPA/ICWA credentials
- Core Focus: Maintaining accurate books, ensuring tax compliance, and optimizing cash flow.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations: Supervise daily ledger entries, journals, and voucher approvals
- Reconciliations: Oversee bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations
- Payables & Receivables: Manage invoice cycles, vendor payments, and customer collections
- Statutory Compliance: File and manage GST and TDS obligations under Indian tax laws
- Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balances, MIS reports, and annual financial statements
- Audit Coordination: Partner with internal and external auditors during financial reviews
Required Skills & Software
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or NetSuite
- Spreadsheets: Advanced data management capabilities using Microsoft Excel
