Position Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help coordinate campaign timelines, track performance metrics, and support the overall growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Team Collaboration: Help coordinate tasks and workflows within the campaign marketing team to ensure deadlines are met seamlessly.
- Market Research:
Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify new trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ongoing campaigns.
- Content Support: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
- Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience (internships or major academic project experience in marketing will be considered).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
