- Plant Care: Water, fertilize, weed, and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Landscape Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge garden beds, and transparent debris.
- Pest & Disease Monitoring: Check plant health and report or treat early signs of pests or damage.
- Equipment Upkeep: Safely handle and clean basic gardening tools like shears, hoses, and mowers.
- Site Preparation: Amend soil, spread mulch, and assist with seasonal planting layouts.
Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (like soil or pots) and work outdoors in varying weather.
- Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with common plant types, watering needs, and safe tool use.
- Reliability: Punctuality, strong teamwork, and a willingness to follow instructions from supervisors
