JSE Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to drive student admissions for our skilled training programs.

The role involves connecting with students and colleges, generating leads, conducting counselling sessions, explaining course and career opportunities, and converting prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding JSE Academy's courses and career-oriented training programs.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate student leads through college visits, seminars, educational events, campaigns, and other outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, faculty members, placement cells, and student communities.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote JSE Academy programs.
- Coordinate and support seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, learning outcomes, and career opportunities to students.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission and student onboarding process.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in admission counselling, education counselling, inside sales, business development, student engagement, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits to colleges and educational institutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents, college faculty, and management.
- Candidates from Education, EdTech, Training, Skill Development, or Career Counselling backgrounds will be preferred.
