Role and Responsibility

As a BDA, you will:

* Connect and engage with prospective learners through calls

* Understand students’ career goals, backgrounds and learning requirements

* Counsel learners on suitable AENEXZ training and career-oriented programs

* Explain programs, mentorship, projects, learning outcomes and placement support

* Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM systems

* Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars and campus activities

Who We’re Looking For





* We’re looking for someone who has:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

* Good negotiation and convincing skills

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines

* Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools

* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Compensation & Growth

During Training:

₹17,000 Stipend + ₹10,000 Incentives

After Training:

PPO: ₹4–6 LPA (Performance-based)
