Are you confident, energetic, and good at talking to people? Join our team as a Telecaller & Academic Counsellor and help students make the right career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
- Understand student requirements and explain suitable education options
- Counsel students regarding MBBS, higher education & study-abroad opportunities
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication
- Convert enquiries into counselling appointments/admissions
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English & Hindi
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and sales targets




- Freshers can apply and experience in telecalling/counselling is a plus
