Key Responsibilities Production & Execution

- Schedule Tracking: Run shift operations based on the main production plan to meet target quotas.
- Manpower Allocation: Assign daily tasks to machine operators and helpers.
- Cycle Monitoring: Track cycle times, cavity output, and overall equipment efficiency.

Process & Quality Control

- Parameter Settings: Check that injection units run on approved temperature, pressure, and injection speed settings.
- Defect Troubleshooting: Spot moulding flaws (such as flash, sink marks, short shots, or warping) and apply corrective actions.
- Quality Audits: Conduct random visual and dimensional inspections on parts coming off the line.

Machine & Material Management

- Mould Changes: Oversee or assist with fast, safe mold changes and tooling setups.
- Maintenance Coordination:



Report machine faults quickly and work with technicians on repairs or preventive upkeep.
- Material Control: Monitor resin drying, hopper levels, and regrind usage to limit raw material waste.

Safety & Compliance

- Floor Safety: Enforce plant safety rules, including proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency stop protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain clean, organized work spaces using standard 5S methodologies.
- Shift Reporting: Record production outputs, scrap counts, and machine logs accurately.
