Position: Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the college’s complete IT infrastructure, including CCTV, hardware, software, networking, servers, systems, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
- Oversee CCTV installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage servers, Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, computers, access-control systems, and other IT assets.
- Ensure smooth and secure day-to-day IT operations across the campus.
- Lead the IT support team and coordinate with vendors for installation, AMC, and repairs.
- Maintain IT asset records, licenses, backups, and system documentation.
- Ensure data security, cybersecurity, system updates, and regular backups.




- Plan IT infrastructure upgrades and implement current technology as required.
- Provide timely technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
- Monitor IT budgets, procurement, and vendor performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/operations, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of networking, CCTV, hardware, software, servers, cybersecurity, and IT asset management.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and vendor-management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.41 - ₹80,000.00 per year
