Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Office Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hotel industry. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, a guest-focused approach, and hands-on knowledge of IDS software.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, room allocation, and guest requests.
- Handle guest queries and provide professional assistance.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest billing, payments, and related front office transactions.
- Attend to guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.




- Follow hotel SOPs and front office procedures.
- Ensure a high standard of guest service at all times.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel/hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in Front Office is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of IDS software is required.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented and professional personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
