Job Title: Teamcenter Developer (PLM)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Teamcenter PLM to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization, configuration, implementation, administration, and integration with enterprise systems. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE, Active Workspace (AWC), RAC, and Workflow Designer.
- Develop and enhance business objects, properties, LOVs, naming rules, deep copy rules, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain Teamcenter modules such as:
- BOM Management
- Change Management
- Document Management
- Workflow Management
- Organization Management
- Product Structure Management
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter integrations with CAD applications such as NX, CATIA, Creo, Solid Edge, and SolidWorks.
- Implement PLMXML/TCXML based import-export solutions and data migration activities.
- Participate in Teamcenter upgrades, patch deployments, and environment setup activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter applications.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production rollouts.

- 3 to 10 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development and customization.
- Robust knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, deployment, and administration.
- Experience in end-to-end PLM implementation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering domains is preferred.

Education

- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
