? WE ARE HIRING | TENDER EXECUTIVE

PS Associates is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our growing Government Business & Tendering team.

? Location: Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & capability)

? Employment Type: Full-time

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and track relevant Government / PSU tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.

• Daily monitoring of GeM, CPPP and State Government e-tender portals for relevant opportunities.

• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, ATC, payment terms and important deadlines.

• Prepare and maintain Tender Opportunity & Bid Trackers.

• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and internal teams for OEM authorization, product specifications, compliance documents and commercial quotations.

• Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial bid documentation.

• Ensure timely submission of bids, EMD/Bid Security, declarations, undertakings and other required documents.

• Coordinate the pre-bid clarification process and track amendments/corrigenda issued by buyers.

• Monitor tender results, technical evaluation, financial opening, reverse auctions and purchase orders.

• Maintain a structured database of submitted, won, lost and upcoming tenders.

• Coordinate with the sales/BDM team to identify opportunities and convert tender opportunities into business.





? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Government Tendering / GeM / E-Procurement

✅ Good understanding of GeM bidding procedures

✅ Experience with IT Hardware / Computers / Laptops / Printers / UPS / Networking / Manpower tenders will be preferred.

✅ Strong understanding of tender eligibility, technical compliance and documentation.

✅ Good Excel / MS Office skills.

✅ Robust attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.

✅ Good communication and coordination skills.

✅ Ability to independently analyse a tender and determine whether the company should participate.
