Key Responsibilities* Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, andadmission procedures.* Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, leads, and walk-ins.* Understand students' interests and recommend suitable design programs.* Explain INSD courses, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission process effectively.* Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM/Excel.* Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.* Coordinate and assist students during the admission and enrolment process.* Build strong relationships with students and parents.* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.* Coordinate with academic, marketing, and centre teams for smooth admissions.* Participate in counselling sessions, events, seminars, and student engagement activitieswhen required.Required Skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.* Positive command of **English and Hindi**.* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
