Role: Sample Coordinator
A full-time, on-site role in Noida responsible for managing textile samples from receipt to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, label, catalog, and track samples.
- Coordinate samples between design, production, and sales teams.
- Prepare and dispatch samples for clients, trade shows, and reviews.
- Maintain sample inventory, records, and tracking sheets.
- Check sample quality and completeness.
- Prepare sample kits and support export documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Skills
- Sample and inventory management
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Excel/spreadsheet and database skills
- Basic textile/sample handling knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Textile, fashion, merchandising, or quality experience is a plus.
