We are hiring candidates with experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes for an immediate walk-in drive in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Order Management process
- Handle order processing, order validation, and order fulfilment activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for order-related queries
- Track order status and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Handle order changes, cancellations, backorders, and escalations
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
