CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA (₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month equivalent CTC, based on experience and skills)
About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our team for an International Process in Jaipur. The opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in customer service and enjoy assisting customers with their queries and concerns.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and valuable problem-solving abilities. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls.
- Provide accurate information related to products, services, and company policies.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle complaints and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure timely closure of customer issues.
Required Skills
For Freshers
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
For Experienced Candidates
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or related roles.
- Prior experience handling customer queries and resolving customer issues.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer support processes will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational and night shifts.
