We're looking for a Business Development Associate to develop new client and partner relationships in India.

What you'll do:

- Find and contact potential clients and partners
- Make calls and communicate online
- Update CRM and track results
- Prepare simple reports

Requirements:

- Fluent Bengali + English
- Positive communication skills
- Sales or BD experience is a plus
- Basic CRM and computer skills
