- RCA for workflow, permissions & data replication issues
- UAT support & user training
- Post-go-live optimisation
- HR process configuration – OM, PA, PM/GM
L3 Support Responsibilities
- System configuration & development
- Complex incident analysis & bug fixes
- Testing & UAT support
- Cutover activities
- Post-Go-Live / Hypercare support
- Problem Management
- Technical Design Proposals
SAP SuccessFactors certification in the relevant module is preferred.
