Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and leadership hiring for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across different IT technologies and seniority levels, including leadership positions such as CTO, CEO, Director, VP, and other executive roles.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, networking platforms, social media, and referrals
- Operate and manage the JobDiva Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements and client expectations
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate interest, communication skills, technical fit, and salary expectations
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Perform market mapping, competitor research, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring strategies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with active and passive candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract, W2, and full-time hiring requirements
- Strong experience in W2 hiring with a solid understanding of US tax terms, pay structures, visa classifications,



and compliance requirements is mandatory
- Must have prior experience working on leadership hiring roles such as CTO, CEO, Director, VP, and other senior/executive-level positions (mandatory)
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and business goals

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience working with JobDiva ATS is preferred
- Previous experience interviewing, screening, and assessing potential candidates
- Experience recruiting for technical and leadership roles is highly desirable
- Strong understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive data-based decision-making
- Proficient in using ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and company databases to connect with and engage potential candidates
- Ability to confidently represent the company and answer technical or role-related questions from candidates
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable to new technologies, recruitment trends, and fast-paced business environments
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

- This is a 100% remote role
- Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop and a stable broadband internet connection (mobile hotspot is not allowed)
