Role Description The Production Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Production Head will oversee end-to-end production activities, including planning, scheduling, and managing daily operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring production teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources and equipment. The Production Head will manage production budgets, monitor costs, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. The role also includes preparing regular performance reports,



maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Production Planning and Production Management to handle end-to-end production workflows and capacity utilization.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Budgeting skills to manage costs, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop production staff while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Relevant experience as a Production Head, Production Manager, or similar leadership role in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and lean or continuous improvement practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using production and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Production, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in production or operations management are an advantage.
