Job Description

- You are a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of post-articleship experience, including experience leading a finance function (as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader) - ideally in a B2B SaaS, technology, or startup/scale-up environment.
- Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS of India and UAE
- You have hands-on experience with multi-entity / cross-border financial consolidation (India, UAE, USA or similar) and are comfortable working across different regulatory and tax regimes.
- You have strong command over statutory compliance — GST, corporate tax, and audit management — and have directly managed statutory and tax audits.
- You have experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level financial communication.
- You bring strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills,



with the ability to translate numbers into business insight for non-finance stakeholders.
- You have led and built finance teams and are comfortable operating hands-on in a lean environment while also building processes for scale.
- You have high attention to detail and integrity, with a strong understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.
- You're a clear communicator who can work directly with founders, board members, auditors, and cross-functional leaders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage workplace and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
