We are looking for a Transcriptionist to accurately transcribe audio recordings, statements and notes, while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe audio recordings accurately and within timelines.
- Proofread and format transcripts.
- Ensure correct grammar, spelling and terminology.
- Maintain confidentiality of documents and information.
- Upload and manage documents electronically.
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of relevant transcription experience.
- Transcription diploma/certification is mandatory.
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Solid proofreading and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of P&C; Insurance is an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
