Project Executive AI Data ServicesJob OverviewWe are looking for a Project Executive to support the execution of non-technical AI data projects involving data collection, annotation, and labeling. The role focuses on managing freelancers, assigning tasks, tracking project progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery.This is a purely non-technical, execution-focused role. Candidates are not required to have coding, machine learning, or data science experience.Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, guidelines, quality standards, timelines, and daily targets.
- Identify and onboard freelancers for different project requirements.
- Explain project instructions, workflows, and quality expectations to freelancers.
- Negotiate freelancer rates wherever required.
- Assign tasks based on project, country, category, or other requirements.
- Track daily progress and follow up with freelancers to ensure targets are achieved.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely submission.
- Review submitted work for adherence to project guidelines.
- Identify errors and coordinate with freelancers for necessary corrections.
- Resolve execution-related delays and issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain accurate records related to project execution and freelancer payments.
- Ensure payments are processed correctly based on accepted submissions.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Work with international freelancers and adapt to project-specific time-zone requirements when necessary.
