Job Summary :

We are looking for a Golang Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and practical experience in developing scalable web applications using Go / Golang.

Mandatory Skills :

Golang / Go, REST APIs, RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Strong Programming & CS Fundamentals, Problem-Solving, Web Application Development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Golang.
- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs/web services.
- Write clean, maintainable, extensible, and production-ready code.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and deliver them on time.
- Follow coding best practices with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application performance.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Golang / Go development.
- Strong programming and Computer Science fundamentals




- Good understanding of RESTful APIs / Web Services
- Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining software projects
- Positive understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Git / Version Control
- Exposure to NoSQL databases
- Experience with Go frameworks and supporting libraries
- Experience in end-to-end web application development
- HackerRank, HackerEarth, or similar coding credentials

Candidate Profile :

- Excellent programming and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Passionate about software development and learning current technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Candidates with a Computer Science / Engineering / MCA background are preferred.

Education :

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
- MCA or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Strong programming skills and practical development experience will be given significant importance.
