About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with aspiring career professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable technology-focused learning opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer career goals, requirements, and learning needs.
- Explain relevant programs and effectively communicate their value.
- Qualify leads and drive conversions throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with prospective and existing learners to maintain engagement.
- Handle customer queries and provide a smooth sales experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Consistently meet required sales inputs, outputs, and revenue targets.

Must-Have Requirements:





- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT Services.
- Minimum 1 years of EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Sales experience is mandatory.
- Graduation in any discipline; B.Tech preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid sales orientation with a proven focus on target achievement.
- Basic knowledge of Lead/Sales handling (LS).
- Strong customer handling, persuasion, negotiation, and conversion skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience in K12 and technology-based domains.
- Experience handling or selling technology products/services.
- Experience handling ticket sizes above ₹50,000.
- Strong exposure to B2C / Inside Sales environments.
