- Drive regional business growth for unsecured business loans for Andhra Pradesh by achieving targets on disbursement, revenue, and customer acquisition across SME/MSME segments.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams, DSTs, and channel partners to enhance productivity, build strong pipelines, and improve conversion ratios.
- Develop and execute strategies for sourcing recent business through direct, channel, and ecosystem partnerships (DSAs, brokers, fintech alliances).
- Ensure portfolio quality by closely monitoring credit underwriting standards, early delinquency trends, and coordinating with risk and collections teams.
- Maintain strong governance by ensuring adherence to policies, regulatory compliance, operational controls, and effective stakeholder management across credit, ops, and risk functions.
