- 3-7 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.
- CA / CMA preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting, MIS and financial reporting.
- Valuable understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Experience with AP/AR, GL and month-end closure.
- Startup / SaaS / high-growth company experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of finance operations.
Ideal Profile: A hands-on finance professional who can independently manage core finance operations while also taking ownership of reporting, analysis and a small team.
