Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (2 AM- 10 AM CT)

TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price
Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal
proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital
Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting
our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once
live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the
customer’s individual Workday solution.

looking for a Workday Data Consultant (experience level will determine job
title) who is passionate about working in a team-oriented environment and has

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

* Workday HCM, FIN, or Payroll Certification (Required)

* 1+ years experience working with Workday data conversion,



data analysis, or
ETL processes (Required)

* Practical experience handling data loads for HCM, Financials or Payroll
(Required)

* Solid understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound
EIBs. (Required)

* Fluent in English (Required)

* Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports (Required)

* Experience mapping, cleansing, and validating data from legacy systems for
Workday (Required)

* Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday data migration projects
(Required)

* Experience mentoring and training consultants or team members (Required)

* Prior Workday configuration or functional experience (Preferred)

* Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

* Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

* Strong communication skills, both written and oral

* Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-
