Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Define and improve user experience for AVEVA, SAP, Work Packs, and custom applications through research, prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI design and prototyping

• User research and usability testing

• User Acceptance Testing coordination

• Analyze feedback and derive insights

• Maintain UX standards

• Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and technical stakeholders

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• 8+ years' experience in software programs/portfolios and enterprise solutions environments

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro preferred

UX/UI design expertise

• User research methodologies

• Design thinking and Agile practices

• Communication and presentation skills

• Stakeholder influence and collaboration

• Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset

Must Have Skill

Figma Design, UI/UX Design Systems, Usability testing
