Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Engineer with solid hands-on experience in Databricks, PySpark, and AWS data services. The candidate should also have experience working in the Life Sciences (LS) domain, preferably with pharma, biotech, or healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines on AWS.
- Build and maintain data engineering solutions using Databricks and PySpark.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Work with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, EMR, and Redshift.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and build reliable data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Work with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions.
- Follow data quality, security, and development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience as an AWS Data Engineer.
- Strong experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience with AWS services.
Domain Requirement
- Life Sciences (LS) domain experience is required/preferred.
- Experience with Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Clinical Data, or Medical Devices will be an advantage.
