Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookkeeping for multiple US clients.
- Perform bank, credit card, loan, and merchant account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Complete catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping projects.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
- Support tax preparation by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and client requirements.
- Work on individual and business tax returns, including:

- Form 1040

- Form 1065

- Form 1120

- Form 1120-S

- Related federal and state tax forms and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification.
- Experience with Xero, Zoho Books,



or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of US payroll and sales tax processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting, US Tax Prepration
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
