**People** -Assist in recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination. -Conduct new colleague induction and orientation programs. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR systems. -Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and colleague engagement initiatives. -Coordinate training programs, attendance, and learning records. -Act as a point of contact for colleagues on HR-related queries. **Guest Experience** -Support initiatives that motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences. -Coordinate colleague recognition, engagement, and welfare activities. -Interact with guests when required to support service improvement initiatives. **Financial** -Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and overtime data. -Support payroll inputs, documentation, and coordination with Finance. -Help control HR-related costs through effective administration and processes.
