We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate combines deep Java/Spring Boot backend expertise with strong front-end skills in Node.js/TypeScript. This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable, high-performance applications on a microservices architecture, with strong database, CI/CD, and communication skills essential. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. + Build microservices that ensure high availability, resilience, and performance. + Develop responsive, maintainable user interfaces using Node.js/TypeScript. + Integrate multiple API services across diverse databases. + Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and operational support. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver quality solutions. + Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion technical excellence. + Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt. + Maintain clear documentation for developed components and processes. **Required Skills & Experience** **Technical** + Strong proficiency in Java and mandatory experience with Spring Boot. + Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures. + Experience building API services across multiple databases, including MongoDB and OraaS. + Front-end development with Node.js/TypeScript. + Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. + Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools and practices. **Soft Skills** + Exceptional written and verbal communication,
