About the Talent Management Team:

- Talent Management spans the full external workforce lifecycle - from sourcing and recruitment through to compliance, onboarding, and candidate care. In this function, you will work across a range of specialist disciplines: sourcing and screening candidates across global markets, managing pre-employment screening and right-to-work compliance, coordinating contractor onboarding and documentation, supporting supply chain and audit activity, and maintaining the data integrity that underpins every placement. Roles include Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter Team Leader, Compliance Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator - with scope to specialise in recruitment delivery,



compliance and PES, or operational coordination depending on your background. Operating from the Hyderabad GCC, you will work closely with onshore account teams and hiring managers across UK&I;, Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific, contributing to service standards that matter to real clients in real time. Position Objective:

- To maximise direct delivery on the assigned account by proactively sourcing, sifting and shortlisting candidates against open requisitions, and managing the end-to-end candidate journey to ensure an effective candidate experience.
- Supporting the account to hit Client SLAs across Direct Source Mix, candidate experience and Time to Offer (TTO).

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates Sourcing, Screening & Candidate Care

- Sift and shortlist candidates against open requisition criteria, using the CRM / ATS to manage the process end-to-end.
- Identify high-quality candidates and add their details to talent communities, creating new skills alignments as required and maintaining these on an on-going basis.
- Ensure candidate records and CVs are accurate, current and in an acceptable format before onward submission.




- Use CRM data and MI to progress candidates from initial application through to offer.
- Manage candidate control and offer administration, keeping candidates informed and engaged through to placement.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Delivery Lead and onshore Recruitment Business Partner teams on candidate progress.
- Maintain contact with placed candidates on a regular basis to ensure they remain happy with the role and the service provided.
- Personally achieve KPIs and placement targets set for the role.

Escalation & Collaboration:

- Escalate requisition, candidate or system issues to the Delivery Lead or onshore delivery team where they fall outside remit.
- Support the onboarding and day-to-day guidance of junior colleagues within the Sourcing Function.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in line with GDPR and data-handling standards.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Line Manager.

Work Experience and Attributes:

Essential:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of the recruitment / candidate sourcing process
- Working knowledge of CRM / ATS systems and candidate database management
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Confidence in own abilities

Desired:

- Valuable understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
- A good understanding of IT systems, departmental structures, and project life cycle Prior experience within the recruitment sector, ideally within an RPO or offshore delivery environment.
