Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, particularly in the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for managing follow-ups, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

- Contact healthcare providers and patients for follow-up on accounts receivable.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and answer inquiries related to accounts.
- Document all interactions and updates in the billing system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment of accounts.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients and patients.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with billing software and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
