We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices specific to insurance and will be responsible for managing financial statements, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable financial insights.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements for insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards in the insurance industry.
- Manage and reconcile insurance accounts and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
- Conduct audits and support external auditors during the audit process.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
- Provide financial insights and reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the insurance sector.




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially in insurance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
