- Allocate portfolio to vendors/agencies based on past performance trends, FOS availability, and portfolio requirements.
- Create adequate manpower capacity to effectively manage the allocated portfolio.
- Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work based on disposition codes.
- Coordinate with agency resources and prepare effective call plans to improve resolution.
- Provide appropriate support to agencies in handling difficult and critical cases.
- Track and review bucket resolution at agency and FOS levels.
