You will play a pivotal role in leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes within an engineering consulting workplace.Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of interior design projects across various sectors.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver integrated design solutions.
- Develop comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, 2D layouts, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design intent.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules for procurement and implementation.
- Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree.
- 8-18 years of progressive experience in interior design, preferably within an engineering or architectural consulting firm.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, material selection, and lighting design.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and advanced 3D visualization skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.
