Job Role :
Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Absence Management, Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent Management. Resolve standard user, process, access, and transaction issues; support testing and system changes; monitor integrations; and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable HCM system operations and effective user support.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
MBA or postgraduate diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification, preferably in Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, or other relevant HCM modules.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, HR systems, ERP functional support, or enterprise applications.
Experience supporting enterprise HR applications involving cloud and on-premise systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM. Exposure to production support in a complex enterprise environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, OTBI Reporting, Oracle Cloud UI, BPM Worklists and approval workflows, MS Office, Data mapping and standard reporting tools
Very positive proficiency in Business English, including the ability to interpret technical requirements, prepare solution designs and system documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders.

Primarily office-based, involving extensive use of computers and development tools, with regular interaction with technical, functional, and business teams.

Resolve standard Oracle Fusion HCM functional issues within approved procedures; perform assigned functional testing and data validation; support approved HCM system activities; maintain support documentation; recommend system and process improvements; and escalate complex functional, configuration, technical, security, or integration issues to L2/L3 resources.

Provide L1 functional support across Core HR, Absence, Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent modules.
Receive, categorize, prioritize, and monitor incidents and service requests through the approved ITSM process.
Analyze issues relating to users, HR processes, master data, transactions, roles, approvals, integrations, or application functionality.
Resolve standard issues using approved procedures, configurations, and available knowledge resources.
Escalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting information.

Guide users through standard Oracle HCM processes, transactions, navigation, approvals, and BPM Worklists.
Support HR users with standard employee, absence, recruitment,



performance, goal, time, and talent transactions.
Explain system behavior and approved HR business procedures.
Identify recurring user issues and recommend appropriate guidance or training.
Prepare and maintain FAQs, quick-reference guides, and functional knowledge articles.
Execute predefined functional test cases for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and approved changes.
Perform regression testing across affected HCM modules and processes.
Document test results, defects, and required corrective actions.
Support UAT activities and validate fixes delivered by L2/L3 teams.
Perform post-release verification and production validation.
Support users with standard Oracle HCM and OTBI reports.
Perform first-level validation of HR master data and transaction information when investigating issues.
Identify data-quality, transaction, approval, or reporting issues affecting HR processes.
Support data validation associated with approved system changes, uploads, or corrections.
Escalate complex data, reporting, configuration, or reconciliation issues to appropriate functional or technical teams.
Identify HCM transactions, approvals, or integrations that have failed or are not progressing.
Review available error messages, workflow status, transaction status, and standard reports.
Perform approved first-level checks to determine the likely source of failures.
Gather relevant transaction details and supporting evidence for escalation.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams until assigned issues are appropriately resolved.
