Jobs Role :
Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) covering Inventory, Order Management, Costing, and Subledger Accounting. Support users, troubleshoot standard functional and transaction issues, perform testing, monitor integrated transactions, and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable SCM operations and timely resolution of business-system issues.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Engineering graduate with relevant industry/domain experience or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration is preferred.
Oracle SCM Cloud Certification, preferably in Inventory Management or Order Management.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM, ERP functional support, supply chain systems, or related enterprise applications.
Experience supporting supply chain and distribution processes, preferably using Oracle SCM Cloud. Exposure to inventory control, order-to-cash, cost accounting, Subledger Accounting, period-close processes, and production support within an industrial or complex enterprise setting is preferred. Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood pages is required, while knowledge of AI-enabled applications is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion SCM- Inventory Management; Oracle Order Management; Oracle Cost Management; Subledger Accounting (SLA); Oracle Redwood user interface; MS Office; Data mapping and standard reporting tools
Very good proficiency in Business English, including the ability to understand functional requirements, document system issues, prepare user guidance, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Primarily office-based, involving extensive use of computers and enterprise applications, with regular interaction with technical, functional, supply chain, finance, and business teams.
Resolve standard Oracle SCM functional issues within approved procedures; perform assigned functional testing; support standard configuration and reporting activities within delegated access; raise and follow up Oracle Service Requests; recommend system/process improvements; and escalate complex functional, technical, integration, or configuration issues to L2/L3 resources.

Provide L1 support for Inventory, Order Management, Costing, and Subledger Accounting.
Receive, categorize, prioritize, and monitor incidents and service requests.
Analyze issues related to user/process errors, master data, transactions, roles, integrations, or system functionality.
Resolve standard SCM issues using approved procedures and available knowledge resources.
Escalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting information.
Guide users through standard Oracle SCM processes and application navigation.
Support Inventory, Order Management, order-to-cash, costing, SLA, and related transaction processes within assigned scope.
Assist users with Oracle Redwood pages and approved system functionality.
Explain system behavior and approved supply chain business procedures.
Identify recurring user issues and maintain FAQs, quick-reference guides, and knowledge articles.
Execute predefined functional test cases for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and patches.
Perform regression testing across affected SCM processes and document results.
Support testing of Redwood-page changes and approved system enhancements.
Participate in UAT and validate fixes delivered by L2/L3 teams.
Perform post-release verification and production validation.
