Analyst-L1, Oracle Fusion Procurement-L1 - Pune

Jobs role : Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Sourcing, including purchasing, sourcing, supplier, and related source-to-pay processes. Resolve standard user and transaction issues, support testing and system changes, monitor integrations, and coordinate with business users and L2/L3 teams to ensure reliable procurement-system operations

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is advantageous.
Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Certification, preferably Purchasing and/or Sourcing, is preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, procurement/supply chain systems, ERP functional support, or related enterprise applications.
Experience supporting enterprise procurement applications and source-to-pay processes, preferably Oracle Fusion Procurement. Exposure to purchasing, sourcing, supplier portals, procurement workflows, cloud/on-premise integrations, and production support in a complex enterprise environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Oracle Purchasing and Sourcing,
Supplier Portal, OTBI reporting, MS Office, Data mapping and standard reporting tools
Very valuable proficiency in Business English, including the ability to understand functional requirements, document system issues, prepare user guidance, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Resolve standard Oracle Fusion Procurement functional issues within approved procedures; perform assigned testing and data validation; support approved procurement-system activities; raise and follow up application issues; maintain support documentation; recommend process/system improvements; and escalate complex functional, technical, integration, or configuration issues to L2/L3 resources.

Responsibilities :

Provide L1 support for Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and related procurement processes.
Receive, categorize, prioritize, and monitor incidents and service requests.
Analyze issues related to users, processes, master data, transactions, approvals, roles, integrations, or system functionality.
Resolve standard issues using approved procedures and available knowledge resources.
Escalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting information.
Guide users through standard requisition, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier-related processes.
Support application navigation and approved procurement workflows.
Assist users with standard transaction, approval, and supplier-portal queries.
Explain system behavior and approved procurement procedures.
Identify recurring user issues and maintain FAQs, quick-reference guides, and knowledge articles.
Support standard sourcing events, supplier interactions, and related application processes.
Assist users with supplier registration, portal access, and standard supplier-process queries within assigned scope.
Identify issues affecting sourcing workflows, supplier transactions, and approvals.
Coordinate supplier-system issues with Procurement, business users, and relevant technical teams.
Escalate complex supplier, sourcing, workflow, or configuration issues to appropriate L2/L3 resources.
Execute predefined functional test cases for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and patches.
Perform regression testing across affected procurement and sourcing processes.
Document test results, defects, and required corrective actions.
Support UAT and validate fixes delivered by L2/L3 teams.
Perform post-release verification and production validation.
