Jobs Responsibilities :

Design, develop, enhance, and support technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Translate functional and business requirements into reliable technical solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Reports, and XML Reports while providing L2 technical support, troubleshooting application issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring solution performance and maintainability.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Computer Applications (MCA), Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer certification, Oracle EBS Technical certification, or other relevant Oracle certifications are preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS technical development, enterprise application development, reporting, integrations, or application support.

Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development and production support, preferably supporting Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules. Exposure to enterprise integrations and complex multi-application environments is preferred.

Robust proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle EBS technical architecture, Oracle Reports and XML/BI Publisher Reports, Java, Interfaces and APIs, Relational databases and data mapping, Technical debugging and troubleshooting

Very good proficiency in Business English, including the ability to interpret technical requirements,



prepare solution designs and system documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders.

Develop and modify assigned Oracle EBS technical objects within approved standards; perform technical analysis and testing; recommend technical improvements; troubleshoot production issues; support deployments; and escalate significant application, database, integration, or architecture issues to the appropriate technical authority.

Develop and enhance Oracle EBS technical objects using SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Reports, and XML/BI Publisher.
Develop reports, procedures, packages, interfaces, conversions, and other approved technical components.
Translate approved functional specifications into technical designs and solutions.
Ensure developments follow established coding, security, performance, and documentation standards.
Perform code review, debugging, optimization, and technical validation of assigned developments.

Develop and customize Oracle Reports and XML/BI Publisher reports.
Modify existing reports based on approved business and functional requirements.
Develop queries, data extracts, and reporting solutions across applicable EBS modules.




Troubleshoot report-performance, data, formatting, and execution issues.
Ensure report customizations remain controlled, documented, and maintainable.

Analyze escalated application, database, reporting, and technical incidents.
Review logs, traces, concurrent requests, backend processes, and database information to identify root causes.
Resolve technical issues within assigned authority and agreed service levels.
Identify recurring application problems and recommend permanent corrective solutions.
Escalate complex database, architecture, infrastructure, or product-related issues to appropriate L3 teams or Oracle.

Develop and support approved interfaces and integrations involving Oracle EBS.
Investigate failed transactions, interface errors, and data-processing issues.
Analyze error logs, transaction statuses, and data mappings to identify integration failures.
Coordinate resolution with integration, database, functional, and external technical teams.
Monitor recurring integration issues and recommend improvements to reliability and controls.
Maintain working knowledge of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain business processes and module interactions.
Understand technical dependencies across integrated Financials and Supply Chain processes.
Support report development and customization for Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.
Apply applicable India Localization requirements when developing or modifying Oracle reports.
Coordinate with Functional Consultants to ensure technical solutions correctly address business-process requirements.
