Position : Analyst Oracle PPM & Unifier L1 - Pune

Job Role :-Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Primavera Unifier. Support project management and project-control processes, troubleshoot standard functional and transaction issues, assist users, perform testing, monitor integrations, and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable system operations and effective support of project costing, billing, resource management, and contract processes.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud Certification and/or Oracle Primavera Unifier Certification is preferred.

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle PPM, Primavera Unifier, project-management systems, project controls, ERP functional support, or enterprise applications.

Experience supporting enterprise project management and project-control applications, preferably Oracle PPM and Primavera Unifier. Exposure to project costing, billing, contracts, resource management, and production support in a project-based organization is preferred.

Positive proficiency in Oracle Fusion PPM, Oracle Primavera Unifier, OTBI reporting, MS Office, and data-mapping tools.
Excellent proficiency Business English, including the ability to understand functional requirements, document system issues, prepare user guidance, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Primarily office-based, involving extensive use of computers and enterprise applications, with regular interaction with technical, functional, project-management, and business teams.





Resolve standard Oracle PPM and Unifier issues within approved procedures; perform assigned functional testing; support standard system and reporting activities; maintain support documentation; recommend system/process improvements; and escalate complex functional, technical, integration, or configuration issues to L2/L3 resources.
Provide L1 support for Oracle PPM and Unifier processes and transactions.
Receive, categorize, prioritize, and monitor incidents and service requests.
Analyze issues related to users, processes, master data, transactions, roles, integrations, or system functionality.
Resolve standard issues using approved procedures and available knowledge resources.
Escalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams with complete supporting information.
Guide users through standard PPM and Unifier processes and application navigation.
Support project costing, billing, budgets, contracts, resource management, and related project-control processes within assigned scope.
Explain system behavior and approved project-control procedures.
Identify recurring user issues and recommend appropriate guidance or training.
Prepare and maintain FAQs, quick-reference guides, and functional knowledge articles.

Execute predefined functional test cases for Oracle quarterly updates, patches, and approved application changes.
Perform regression testing across affected project-management processes.
Document test results, defects, and required corrective actions.
Support UAT activities and validate fixes delivered by L2/L3 teams.
Perform post-release verification and production validation.
Support users with standard PPM, Unifier, and OTBI reports.
Assist in validating project, cost, billing, resource, and contract data.
Identify basic reporting and data-quality issues and coordinate corrective action.
Support data validation associated with approved system changes or uploads.
Escalate complex reporting, reconciliation, or data issues to appropriate functional or technical teams.
