Load Share is hiring Picker / Helper candidates for its warehouse operations in Shuvararah, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for picking, sorting, loading, unloading, shifting, and handling products/materials as per daily work requirements. The role requires physical fitness, punctuality, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pick products/items according to assigned orders.
2. Sort and arrange products properly in the warehouse.
3. Load and unload goods safely.
4. Shift products/materials from one location to another within the warehouse.
5. Check products while picking and handling to avoid damage.
6. Assist the warehouse team in daily operations.
7.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.
8. Follow warehouse safety and company guidelines.
9. Complete assigned tasks within the required time.
10. Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
