Job Responsibilities
1. Pick products accurately according to order lists.
2. Scan products using barcode/scanning devices.
3. Pack products safely and properly for dispatch.
4. Check quantity, product condition and order details before packing.
5. Sort products according to orders, categories and delivery routes.
6. Label packages correctly and move them to the dispatch area.
7. Assist with loading/unloading whenever required.
8. Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the warehouse.
9. Follow inventory and warehouse safety procedures.
10. Report damaged, missing or incorrect products to the supervisor.
11. Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Eligibility
1. Education: 10th / 12th Pass
2. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
3. Skills: Basic counting, scanning and warehouse handling.
4. Language: Basic Hindi; English not mandatory.
5. Physical Fitness: Able to stand and perform warehouse activities for extended periods.
Working Conditions
1. Rotational shifts may apply.
2. Weekly off as per roster.
3. Overtime may be available depending on business requirements.
4. Incentives/allowances can vary by location and client. A current Loadshare picker/packer listing, for example, advertises ₹15,000–₹16,000 fixed pay plus average incentives, with additional attendance, night and overtime components.
We are hiring Picker/Packer candidates for LoadShare warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for picking, scanning, sorting and packing products accurately, maintaining inventory and preparing orders for dispatch. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
