Field Officer Sales (FOS)

Location - Panindia

Job Role

As a Field Officer Sales (FOS), you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and promoting

Google Pay's merchant solutions. The role involves daily field visits, merchant onboarding, and ensuring

active usage of Google Pay services.

Key Responsibilities

● Acquire and onboard new merchants for Google Pay.

● Visit assigned market areas daily.

● Explain Google Pay merchant advantages and assist with onboarding.

● Maintain relationships with merchants and resolve basic queries.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Submit activity updates through the assigned application.

Eligibility Criteria

● Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

● Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

● Own Vehicle:



Mandatory.

● Valid Driving License (DL): Mandatory.

● Smartphone: Mandatory (Android preferred for app usage).

Working Days

● Monday to Saturday

● Weekly Off: Sunday

FOS – PPU Model

● FOS will work under a PPU (Pay Per Performance) model.

● Earnings will be directly linked to individual productivity and performance.

● More work = Higher earnings.

● There is no fixed salary component under the PPU model; earnings will depend on the successful

work/output delivered.

● FOS earnings will be calculated as per the applicable PPU payout structure.
