Key roles & responsibilities

- Assembling of sensors with rail claw and plate as per manufacturing instruction
- Installation of sensors at site
- Strict adherence to the quality process and documentation
- Assembly of mechanical parts as per the requirement sheet




- Testing of boards as per the manufacturing instruction
- Inspection of conformal coating as per the specification and requirements
- Basic operating principle of temperature and burn in test chambers
- Handling knowledge of active and passive components in PCB
- Soldering of boards as per the requirement sheet and standards
- Wiring of axle counter racks, relay racks, reset cubicles, co-operative reset panel according to interface circuit.
- Installation of axle counting systems at sites
- Plan the activities related to assignments in advance so that the planned activities are executed on time
- Reporting of activities, issues and problems related to work execution to higher ups so that progress is up to date with the higher ups and problems are solved immediately.
- Production reporting through ERP
- Supporting to RDSO inspection
